the rules are the following:

1. we collect tracks. currently 10-15 is enough depending on members' activity. it can take about 3 weeks - 1.5 month.
2. then the voting starts. it goes anonymously thus no member & tracks names are known.
   that's fun, surprising & unbiased.

   you should upload mp3 files with all ID3 tags REMOVED. currently this isnt done automaticaly. so take care.

   every track should be scored from 1 to 10 and reviewed. Reviews are the most important part of the contest. they make the contest valuable. anyone should write reviews with average character count equal 200.

   the voting is usually goes 1.5 - 2 weeks.

3. after voting the results are opened and track & member names revealed and the winner is announced.
4. if you dont follow the rules your track is banned from the competition.
