Slick, I like the melody line and you don't thrash it too much which I really like, dropping it out for your bassline licks works well.  I like the occassional glides, they're cool.  I enjoyed this tune, well done  Smiling

Like the Rolf Harris vox before the drop "can you guess what it is yet?"

Piss taking aside this is not a bad tune, I can see it doing well on the dance floor. Probably appeal to quite a few peeps as it has got quite a lot of energy and a strong melody, not to dark but not all ambient the right sort of balance. Like the arrangement only thing I could fault is the master sounds a bit to wide, maybe need to tighten the sounds together a bit more and bring the beats up a bit or they might get lost in a mix.

96 - Funky intro...sounds

96 - Funky intro...sounds cool.  When it drops the lead melody quickly gets samey without anything happening to it.  The last bar where it changes has a nice melody but the repeating part sound mechanical....okay, now the guitar-style riff comes in...I like this part better....and then back to the same repeating melody.  Drums are loud and punchy and give the track some edge.  Open hat/ride might be a tiny bit too loud.  Breakdown and build are good, maybe a filter sweep going up over it would make it build even more.  DMJ/Jossi?

is this clownstep? Smiling i think quality should be improved by using more compression on drums or something.. and the mello is very cheap..

not a bad tune this, liked the way the intro started out as half beat then stepped up to a nice drum n bass rythm!! Although you dropped into the main tune a little bit to early, hang out to 1min30secs!! got a little bit of eastern european sound to it, although I think the sound that reminds me off this becomes a little bit repetive, try and use some more sample stabs and this will break the reptivness of your tune, overall not bad at all

nice pitching bending on the drums. i like that. and the beat on top of he beat in a section was cool. the melody needs to progress/transform after the break, maybe even some before the break. lets see if it does.......... very good it changed, i like the more agressive drums in the secong part.   melody needs more variation, it seemed a bit mechanical/repetitive and could have been evolving constantly throught out the song.

arrangement: pretty good,

arrangement: pretty good, but here's my main thought on this track, and keep in mind I don't view this as being a bad thing, it's just how I see it.  It sounds like background music for a video game.  When the lead is playing I imagine my 12 year old self playing super castlevania IV on super nintendo.  I can totally see this being picked up for a game boy advance title or something.  Basically, much more arm chair than dance floor.

eq-ing:  the whole thing sounds pretty thin.  ESPECIALLY the intro.  While I liked the half time beats for the intro, they just sound thin.  It sounds a lot like it was mixed in a pair of mediocre headphones, or that it was recorded through a single microphone hanging above a pair of mediocre stereo speakers.  I haven't looked at it with a frequencey analizer to tell you exactly what's wrong, but I can tell you the snare sounds distorted, and the mid frequencies of the lead are taking away from the mids of the drums.  I'm gonna give this a 5, mostly losing points for the mastering, but holding onto a few for not reminding me of another artist.

I like the riff and the actual tune that plays but the sounds are a bit grating. I think you could do with processing a few of the sounds more, especially the organ cos it sits right up on top of the whole tune at the mo and the drums sound pretty artificial too.

beats are nice, love the snares, the main synth got a bit annoying after a while, the bass is alright, nothing jumped out and grabbed me from this track though
