Fat, really well produced, not sure if you can call it d&b but it's well good and you can call it what you like. One of my favourites 97 - Decide Obsession - ISubmitted by Contayjen on Mon, 2006-05-29 15:46.
97 - Decide Obsession - I like the intro. Threatening and dark atmosphere, makes a good build. Then the drop...The bass is evil, the dark melodies vocal samples and atmospheres work really well, the drums sounds are tight but the pattern is very robotic and jerky, lacking groove. I couldn't dance to this. The ghosts are too loud and make it sound tribal but robotic. Take the drums off this track and do them again man, it could be an excellent track. The pattern reminds me of slowing down my mc303 with on of the preset dnb patterns. Maybe thats the problem...drums are 1/2 speed. nice tune. the intro wasSubmitted by Stockholm on Sat, 2006-05-27 07:37.
nice tune. the intro was great. the mastering in this tune is great and the basslines in it same whit the breaks. i was hoping the tune was getting a faster tempo in i but it didnt. great job oon the tune! m.. top notch quality,Submitted by kondencuotas pienas on Wed, 2006-05-24 20:37.
m.. top notch quality, interesting drum programming, godd atmosphere, but nothing more. nice. the drums are verySubmitted by 822 on Tue, 2006-05-30 22:13.
nice. the drums are very good, nice flow and melody with the drums, their indeed spectacular. i can hear the tu ni nae sound going like tu ne nei nei nie nu nu nu wa wa, etc, going along to add to the drums. i just hear the tu ne nae, squeaky sound to much and then i made up some new pithces in my head. I can appreciate the qualitySubmitted by Mista Rilla on Fri, 2006-05-26 23:29.
I can appreciate the quality but it's not my kind of track - the riff patterns didn't really do it for me. Is there a bit of splash to the ride/hats? Some sweet sounds in there though and well mixed. The intro of this tuneSubmitted by Mike Native on Thu, 2006-06-01 17:53.
The intro of this tune really reminds me of something from exorcise the demons by source direct. Like the beats good patterns, although it is not the sort of stuff that I would mix. Whole thing could do with sounding a bit more upfront but not to bad at all. Peace intro, oooh nice, that vocalSubmitted by Dj Obscure on Fri, 2006-06-02 03:54.
intro, oooh nice, that vocal is fat as fuck bad eerie, reminds me of terminator the mad reverbed drums, and the vocal reminds me of the peppered guy in apocalypse now, (the "your an errend boy" guy). i like the drop, its a bit mad and not something id normally do but i am into it one thing ill say is i dont think it had enuff beatage on it, or they wasnt played in enough or something or maybe synths, i dunno the track just felt a tad empty to me, nice though man Pretty serious neuroSubmitted by Bladetone on Thu, 2006-05-25 15:45.
Pretty serious neuro basslines, beats are intresting, i wanna hear that in dancefloor all sounded quite clear andSubmitted by Terra-Rise on Fri, 2006-05-26 11:03.
all sounded quite clear and the mix wasnt to bad, but I didnt reali like this tune become a bit same samey and rather annoying so here's the thing. ISubmitted by synrgy on Wed, 2006-05-24 16:53.
so here's the thing. I loved it. It sounded great. BUT, It was only worth 1-2 minutes of track. It didn't GO anywhere. It didn't DO anything. It was practially 30 seconds of arrangment looped and repeated. Consolidate it, and use it as an intro to a full track. 4. love the sounds m8 but itSubmitted by Golem on Sat, 2006-05-27 20:19.
love the sounds m8 but it isnt dnb so that puts my vote way down theres a downtempo competition on www.badjazz.com its hosted by crank so its relatively similar! |
