Love this intro, very

Love this intro, very promising.  The distorted bassline rising with the drums slowly falling, I like that.  Really groovey once it gets going.  The little lazerish sounds used are a nice touch too.  Love those thick sounding hi hats.  I love the growling bassline combined with harpish sound used every so often.  Cool contrast.  Especially when they're used a lot during the breakdown.  I like how you use the glitches only so often.  A lot of dnb can over use the hell out of the glitch effect because (I believe) they can't think of any other variations for the song.  But the glitches used here just compliment the song in my opinion.  I like the lead out too, good to mix with.  You can bring the over song in, and the track you're coming out hasn't lost it's identity yet.  Awesome track all around.

i love cowbells. i like this one. drum  all tracks should do like this on does at 3:59 which is change the frequency or rythym.  Its a good idea to change just the frequency or change something like was done here on this one, it helps prevent monotony for the listener. great track one of my favorites.  Bow

I like the organic sounds

I like the organic sounds used in this, and what a drop, rough as hell.  Nice tight groove and great reeces.  Overall production could have been a bit cleaner but this blend of sounds and the overall feel is cool.  Really enjoyed this one.

Oooo where am i?

Another realm?
India?
I don't fucking care, its cool where ever I am! Because now i can hear the bass filtering in and now a boudy bass slide. That sub keeps that track moving...sliding everywhere and helping drop every sound thats next in line. The beat is very breaky and nice and chirpy. Im not 100% sure but i dont think the Indian Sitar scale(behind the beat) is in time or not. That ill-boy bass synth is back to destroy all human lifeforms. No one can pass its wrath, feel its power. the beats evolving slowly, introducing many different sounds and kits here and there. Not a huge amount of progression elsewhere - your main focus is the bass, this leaves the Indian sounds to be bold and impacting enough to keep the beat stable, which it does to an extent, only when the sample starts reversing does the track become stable. Im very curious to how the samples in the middle 8 are kept in-time, i dont think they do, they start a little late and i think are in a different time signiture. This doesn't mean i dont like the idea because i think its hot. Just gotta be careful how the drop snaps back.
Enjoyed listing to this, although not many elements grabbed my attention.

nice aggressive track tho somewhat monotonous for me. fuck i gave 20mb for space. and people uploaded 128 kbps :S . the beats are a bit dull & muddy. dunno the reason.

The intro doesnt catch me

The intro doesnt catch me that much. But when you introduce drums and reece it works very nice. Intresting mix off acoustic material together with this normal hard DnB. Drums are intresting. Intresting FXs aswell complementing the beat. It has nice power. nice track. well done.

The reese has too much in

Submitted by TVGHatesTVG on Sun, 2005-12-04 00:24.

The reese has too much in the 14k-20k range. The drums sound good. The kicks could be compressed a bit more & brought up. You might also notch your bass some, so the kicks and snares sit better (do you hear the popping on your kicks?). The harp efx sounds out of place imo. The other effects and pads work well tho.

That edit right before the 2nd breakdown is ace. Very interesting track. And other than the small issue with the kicks & snares, the track is cleanly mixed.

The bass is getting me ready to rock. Dont be afraid to use more drum change ups and glitchy edits. They really sound great.

not another reece. grew so

Sad not another reece. grew so tired of reeces. tho this sounds pretty nice. the tune gets a little old after some 3 minutes and the second drop doesn't come with anything new.

45 – Really liked the percussion before the main beat came in and up to 1:25 – don’t think the rides (?) that come in at 1:25 sound right.  Need moving around and changing imo.  Felt so far off to me that I couldn’t really enjoy the rest of the track.  Sounds like a good one under that though! 6.5/10

A lot of different

Submitted by glitch on Sun, 2005-12-04 18:52.

A lot of different influuences and a lot of different musical styles
contained within this track, but I don't feel that they work in
harmony.  The meat of the track is a tad too repetitive for my tastes
and the some of the melodies dropping in and out don't really go with
the overall flow of the track.

Good effort.
