Nice chilled intro, I like

Nice chilled intro, I like the way it turns to the darkness.  This one is just evil, with the chopping and changing beats and those filthy reeces.  The drums could be a tiny bit crisper I reckon.  It could have ended at 6:30, the chilled ending sounds like another track altogether.

After the song progresses

After the song progresses for a little bit, it's not as dark as I thought it would be from the very beginning... except for that bass!  That's quite the build!  I love that twist.  That's some slamming kick to knock your teeth out.  Listen to much Evol Intent do you?  Agressive and powerful.  I like the panning on the stuttered snare during the breakdown where the pads come back in.  Really confusing, in a good way, how this will be dark and hateful at one moment, and then warm and accepting the next.  Love the vocal sample.  Love all the basslines and the feel.  Really sharp and dangerous to handel.  That's a cool build around 6:10 and on that leads out to the warmer feel again.  This would definitely be a fun track to spin with.  Lots of exciting turns and good show of both ends of the spectrum.

heh, this one has an id3

heh, this one has an id3 tag. Laughing out loud breakcore bizness. bad-bad beat. this one's ridiculously good. that syncopated drum break is great.

Intresting deceptively happy

Intresting deceptively happy intro Eye-wink.  I'm loving the bass in this.  Very catchy and agressive.  Great atmospheric transition at 3:20 - 4:20!  The contrasting moods almost clash too much but you pull it off.

Production is great, sounds are great, melodies - good.  Could use a bit more variation with the drums.

Very high energy.  Good work.

Intro is nice. Usually you can tell how good the song is simply by intro, this intro promises alot. Its vibed somewhat in a happy promising mood but still in a bit dark mood. The drop will be intresting. The things get fucked
upp Smiling Drums are really phat. nasty reeces or wahtever to call them. really phat tune. Not my piece of cake really. breakdown is wonderfull truly amazing. You managed to mix these two moods together in a very nice way. And you dont slack off a bit even the outro is really really nice. great work.

Delicate and precise intro.

Delicate and precise intro. Moving strings soft groans lean into a nasty bass sign. An evil chanting "red-drum" breaks a paht beat - slightly broken in places - in a good way. Nasty, bad and almighty. Booming synths and screaming basslines create an evil and dramatic atmosphere. Evil cheeky "tricks" with the beat, leave you un-easy and apprehensive of the forcoming....something...didn't expect the strings. I must say the transition between the strings and the drop is phenominal. A Late night smash-up. Maybe a little to broken up in places, but the lead synth takes you higher with-in the track exposing raw bass. Theres little variation on the synths and basslines, i know that it will always drop back into the heavy sections. Predictable and unusual... The synth that goes up and up and up and up and well.....up keeps a little taming. It screams through my tweeters like a butter knife, I think i lost a few brain cells. Who knows. Production was tight and the distortion was kept clean. Cannot fault this on production, bar what I've previsouly said, its just a bit samey. The beat doesn't quite take all the heat off the track in the breakdowns, and I'd like to hear more variation on the synths.
Good work all the same

Evil killer acid man! rough, and impresive. It all fits well together, and I could picture a crowd dancing around to in a club, very chill breaks to contrast the hardcore rhythyms.

nice elements and mixin' tho i dont dig much this brand of dnb, the pad doesnt fit the rest of the vibe i ..some dark atmospheres could 've been better but thats more artist concept business than production issue i guess.

Solid intro. Wasn't

Submitted by TVGHatesTVG on Tue, 2005-12-06 05:45.

Solid intro. Wasn't expecting the uplifting strings, but all the sounds blend well.

Nice mood change in the break down. GRIMY

The amen sounds all right. The snare sticks out oddly, and I'd make the kick louder.

The bass change-ups are refreshing for me. Dont be afraid to use more drum edits. Also you could use more hi-hats to make it drive harder and fill out the hi end more. The low & mid ends are filled out nicely.

Haha, there's tho happy strings again. I'm really diggin the vibe change ups.
Man that is some greasy distortion. Props on that.

nice chill parts, but i dont

nice chill parts, but i dont feel these punk like beats. 320 kbps but unfortunately some lofi sound some places muddy. so mix should be more clear. amen hits need sparkles сuz it's a bit dull

nice intro, single hi hat

Submitted by mabus on Mon, 2005-11-28 03:57.

nice intro, single hi hat repeating maybe a touch loud? good buildup. reece et sounds good, but they seem a bit disjointed from each other if u know what i mean, not enough flow between them all? breaks sound good, breakdown like the delays. maybe the strings in the backgoround out of context? keep it dark all the way through.

44 – made me smile!  Liked the steppy drums.  Good to hear someone doing the tearout :]  Bass patch could have been a bit better defined.  7/10

Takes far too long to get

Submitted by glitch on Sun, 2005-12-04 18:51.

Takes far too long to get going and doesn't really do anything
meaningful once it has.  I'm expecting a really driving, heads down,
dance your tits off d'n'b track, but instead it just meanders along
and never really gets going.  However it does throw up some nasty
sounds and dirty beats, and overall the track is well produced.

There's a lot of potential here and some excellent stuff contained
within, but overall it just doesn't work for me.
